[Pedfac] MiPACS Go-Live

Hi Everyone,

MiPACS Live went very well Both in DSC & Clinic - except some  minor glitches - MiPACS team were readily available for all the help !!!
Of course there is a learning curve - just needs to get used to the new program !!!
There is lot we can customize as we use and make it more organized depending on our preferences.
Also there may be more glitches as we use, with MiPACS  teams continued support we can be solve them as we encroach them.
MiPACS Team will work with the evening clinic today for transitioning.

Subject: MiPACS Go-Live

Good morning. We are live with MiPACS in the Dental Surgery Center and all is going well there. Although we validated and demonstrated that the main scanner for the Dental Clinic was working appropriately yesterday it was not functioning at 7:00 am this morning. There is a driver issue.

The first patient was scheduled at 9:00 so at 8:30 the decision was made to stay on DEXIS for the entire clinic and at lunch time try fixing the main scanner PC again. Michael Johnson is managing this incident with Terri Smith and Donna.  This decision was made to avoid any confusion or patient care issues. I will keep everyone posted. Thank you.
