CRM Manager, Admissions
Cincinnati State Technical and Community College invites applications for the position of CRM Manager. The Manager will serve as the in-house expert and technical correspondent with the vendor and relevant internal constituents. The Manager will lead projects that support the application of annual updates, documentation for system enhancements and overall oversight of the CRM. They must have general knowledge of user experience requirements for effectiveness and a solid data orientation to create dashboards and reports from the CRM. The CRM Manager is a part of the admissions leadership team.

Registrar Specialist - Transfer Credit
The Registrar Specialist works in the Transfer Credit area of the Registrar's Office in the processing of incoming transfer credit for Cincinnati State students. The Registrar Specialist central duties are to process transfer credit, deliver the credit evaluation report to students, and respond to questions from students, faculty, and staff regarding transfer credit information.
