[OACRAO] Awarding Test-out, PLE Credit

We operate by the date by which all graduation requirements are met, including applying for graduation. So, if he didn't submit proof of the requirements by 6/17, then the next date he could be eligible for graduation would be 9/15, by our rules. We did just have a student "graduate" in 2024 who had finished their program in 2016, but had never applied for graduation.

What is the rule of thumb when it comes to test-out credit?

I have a student who is supposed to graduate at the end of this quarter (6/17/2024). He has opted to test-out of three of the four classes that he needs to graduate. He still has not provided documentation that he has finished his test-out classes with a third party. If he completes the test-out classes after the quarter ends, what would his graduation date be?  Would it be 6/17/2024 for Spring Quarter or Summer's graduation date of 9/15/2024?
