[OACRAO] ⛔ Composition I Placement Question

Students with a minimum ACT/SAT English score are placed directly into Comp 2. Those who are close to the required score but not quite there, are also considered for placement into Comp 2 based on the reading score as well as HS GPA and English grades.

We only require Comp 2 from an audit perspective, there is no need to document the waiver. (Until a few years ago, we only offered 1 composition course and our version of Comp 1 was classified as remedial.)

For the purposes of placement/registration, we have non-course equivalencies set up for the test scores that meet the prerequisite. That second group requires an override.
