[OACRAO] Active Students Registered for Zero Credits

Good afternoon,

I don't know how this has never come up for me before.  We have a student that is currently registered for two orientation courses, neither of which are credit-bearing.  It looks like that's all they intend to take this term.
Financial Aid is asking me to verify that the student's status should be "Registered Active" and not "Not Registered".  My immediate reaction was to say yes, the student is registered active and should be labeled that way, but now I'm second guessing myself.
Does anyone have any insight into this?  Any reasons why the student should not be "Registered Active"?
