[OACRAO] information on Diploma

Art Academy of Cincinnati lists the degree and major on the diploma.

If the info printed on the diploma is not 100% accurate by the ceremony, we withhold their diploma and they may be subject to a reprint fee. I make them double-check information/spellings prior to ordering diplomas and they have to sign off on it by the deadline/send back corrections. If they don't sign by the deadline, then it is assumed to be accurate.

We used to also list the minor(s) on there, but ran into enough issues with that a few years back and dropped that part. We also have Latin Honors raised stickers/seals that we place on the diplomas prior to the ceremony (once grades are in).

Do you list the degree and the major as well?  Every few years I get complaints about this and just curious what other Universities do.  The standard I have always followed is just listing the degree.
