[OACRAO] Certificate Students Attend Commencement

Hello!

Does your institution allow students that have completed a
post-graduate certificate to attend Commencement? We don't typically allow
these students to participate in Commencement but this issue keeps circling
back around. If you do allow this, do the students wear a cap/gown? What is
your process?
