[OACRAO] Over 26 and not registered with selective service

Hello!

We had a student recently apply to our institution who is over the age of 26 and is not registered with selective service.  Am I correct in that, unless I'm presented with a copy of the student's Status Information Letter, that we must charge the student non-resident tuition rates while enrolled at our institution?
