Agreed.  Solomon amendment says currently enrolled.
They have asked me before and I tell them “No”.  If they want stop-outs, they can compare the current list with prior lists I’ve sent them.

The Solomon Amendment does not cover dropout or stop out requests, only currently enrolled student information.

We have been asked by a recruiter from a branch of the military for our dropout list with the student's name, phone number, home address, email and date of birth.  Can the military ask for an institution's dropout list?  If so, do any of you supply this sort of list?  Thank you for your input!
