[OACRAO] Graduate Grading Scale

Good evening,

I have been asked by a faculty member in one of our graduate programs if other universities are using or pursuing a graduate grading scale which would be based on a High Pass, Pass, Fail scale versus the current A-F letter grade scale as there are numerous medical schools that utilize a P/F system based on clinical competency.  And what types of issues are raised by going to the H/P/F system vs. letter grading.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of graduate grading scale.
