[OACRAO] College Credit Plus

Colleagues,

We received a high school transcript today for a student who is supposed to have College Credit Plus coursework, but there is no indication which credits were earned as part of that program.  Is there additional documentation that I should be requesting/expecting?  This is my first run-in with CCP.
