[OACRAO] 3-2 like agreements

Hi Debbie,

We have a 3+3 program with our own College of Arts & Letters, as well as Adrian College, Lourdes University, and the University of Findlay.  Students in the 3+3 program complete the first three years of their baccalaureate degree at their home institution and then take their first-year required law courses through our college.  If the students complete the first-year courses with a C or higher grade, the credits transfer back to the undergraduate school to complete the baccalaureate degree.  Our first-year courses total 30 credit hours, so that would be the maximum number of credits that transfer to the baccalaureate degree.  The students complete the Juris Doctor by earning an additional 59 credits of elective and required coursework over their final two years.

Good Morning All,
I'm still new to OH (not sure how much longer I can claim this though) and I've got some questions about state regs for some agreements that we are considering.  For those of you that have 3-2 or similar agreements with other institutions, how many graduate credits will you allow to transfer back into the baccalaureate degree?  I realize that there needs to be a clean 150 but what about professional graduate degrees that require more than 30 credits.  A JD for example-how much of the 60 credits can be transferred back to the BA?  As much as 30 credits?  Does it matter if the graduate degree is terminal?
