[OACRAO] CCP students reported to NSC?

We traditionally have not.  I recently spoke to the NSC when we had an
issue.  One semester 2 years ago they got reported.  Several of those
students became degree-seeking students here this year (Yay!). But it
showed them as withdrawn when we didn't keep reporting them from 2 years
ago and our system still had them marked as exclude.  3 of them got notices
for loan repayments from fall loans.   If you choose to stop reporting,
make sure to watch if they become degree-seeking later. :-).  The NSC
recommended to go ahead and report them anyhow, but it is not required.
