[OACRAO] Graduation Application Policy

Hi Janet,

We do not have a graduation application deadline. We tell our students to
apply two prior to their graduation date. However, we are in the process of
putting a date in place. This is date will be the deadline to guarantee the
student their diploma at commencement. If they apply after our date, we
will not guarantee them their diploma at commencement. We had a student
apply the day before commencement two years ago and we let the student
participate in commencement and then mailed them their diploma. We do not
have any fee's for graduation.
