[Mvapich] MVAPICH2 2.3.7 with NDR support for on-premise systems and Azure cloud is available

For on-premise systems with NDR interconnect, please download and use the latest tarball (MVAPICH2-2.3.7-2) from the download tab of the MVAPICH page:

For Microsoft Azure with NDR instances, the latest MVAPICH2 support with tuning are available from the Azure Ubuntu HPC Images (https://github.com/Azure/azhpc-images/releases/tag/ubuntu-hpc-20240917). The MVAPICH2-Azure code (based on MVAPICH2-2.3.7-2) can also be downloaded from the download tab of the MVAPICH page.

As indicated earlier on this thread, the latest release from the MVAPICH team is MVAPICH-Plus 4.0b. We strongly encourage the MVAPICH users to move to this latest release and upcoming follow-up versions to get best performance and scalability across a variety of cluster configurations consisting of different CPUs (x86 (Intel and AMD) and ARM), GPUs (NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel), and Interconnects (InfiniBand, Slingshot, ROCE, Cornelis Networks, and iWARP).
