[Mvapich] Announcing the release of MVAPICH 3.0rc Docker Image

The MVAPICH team is pleased to announce the release of MVAPICH 3.0rc
Docker Image on Docker Hub.

The major update is as follows:

  * Docker Image available from Docker Hub
   (https://hub.docker.com/r/nbclosu/mvapich)
  * Flexibility for Singularity (Apptainer) Support

For downloading MVAPICH 3.0rc library and associated user guide,
please visit the following URL: http://mvapich.cse.ohio-state.edu

All questions, feedback, bug reports, hints for performance tuning,
