[Mvapich-discuss] OMB 7.5.2 with a fix for build failure with CUDA 13 is available

This is a short note to indicate that issues related to building OMB
on systems with CUDA 13 have been resolved.

The latest stable version of OMB 7.5.2 with this fix is available.

* Bug Fixes
    - Fixed a build failure with CUDA 13
        - Thanks to Coey Minear @HPE for the report and patch
