Hi, I want to request to apply this newer LiMIC2 for MVAPICH2. I found LiMIC2-0. 5. 6 module isn't compatible with recent kernels. Some functions in LiMIC2 are out of date and I fixed these functions to be compatible with recent linux kernels.

I want to request to apply this newer LiMIC2 for MVAPICH2.

I found LiMIC2-0.5.6 module isn't compatible with recent kernels.
Some functions in LiMIC2 are out of date and I fixed these functions to be compatible with recent linux kernels.
This patch may work for newer version of linux kernel.
