Dear MES Forum,

The Midwest Slavic Conference is happening soon and will be of interest to many in our community. Although the keynote and plenary are very Slavic-focused, in the conference as a whole there are a number of papers on Ottoman Turkey, Central Asia and various nationalities of the Caucasus, as well as some more general panels focusing on pedagogy, careers, and student support in international studies and foreign language.
