[MES Forum] A Meaningful Time of Year

Dear MES Forum,

It’s a time when many of us are turned inwards to reflect on our spiritual well-being. Lent and Ramadan coincide on the calendar now as we all wait in anticipation for the new life of Spring and Nowruz. It’s a meaningful time of year, and also a very busy time mid semester.

I invite everyone to take time out, rest and get a broader perspective, whether that’s through your faith or simply by reflecting on deeper truths that you hold dear.

I hope this message inspires you to stop, take a brief pause, reflect on your life experiences and appreciate the good things you find.
