Archaeology of Desert Arabia: From Refugia to Oases | Jérémie Schiettecatte, Institute for the Study of the Ancient World

The Women, Life, Freedom movement in Iran represents a groundbreaking initiative propelled by women advocating for their rights, autonomy and liberation within the constraints of a deeply patriarchal society. Join Rezvan Moghaddam, a distinguished lecturer and women's rights activist, for a virtual presentation. March 21 at 11 a.m., where she will provide a glimpse into the multifaceted nature of the movement, highlighting its transformative potential in the struggle for gender equality and human rights in Iran. This event is a collaboration with the Committee for At-Risk Scholars and Artists, the Office of International Affairs, the Department of History, and the Department of Sociology.
