Join the conversation on Experiments with Higher Education in the Post-Soviet World, April 18 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in 168 Dulles Hall. Andrew Wachtel, co-founder and director of Compass College of Art and Design in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, will describe the similarities and differences between the situation of higher education in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Uzbekistan and discuss how trends emerging there may be harbingers of change for educational systems in other parts of the world.
