Spring semester Transition and Adjusting
Returning to campus after a long and relaxing break can be a difficult transition. If you find that you are feeling fatigued, withdrawn or isolated or are noticing a change in sleeping patterns, you may be suffering from a common mood disorder like depression.

Feel free to call or email Leslie Beary in the Office of Counseling and Wellness to set up an appointment to talk at 740-725-6349 or beary.4 at osu.edu.
If you cannot get into her office, you can test your mood at any time by taking an anonymous online mental health screening here<http://www.mentalhealthscreening.org/screening/ohiomarion>. Find out in minutes whether you may be experiencing depression symptoms and what actions to take.
