Dear OSUM community,

As some of you might have already heard, one of our students,  Maria Elizabeth Tiberi, was killed last night when her vehicle struck a tractor-trailer on I-270.

Maria was a junior in the School of Communication, and was enrolled in six (6) credit hours for the Autumn 2013 semester. Please know that Leslie Beary (beary.4 at osu.edu<mailto:beary.4 at osu.edu>) is available to consult with students, staff, or faculty who wish to talk about this loss.  Staff from Student Life in Columbus are also available to help.   Please keep her family in your thoughts at this difficult time.  No obituary or funeral arrangements have been publicized yet.
