If you receive this email, please delete it right away and do not attempt to open it or click on any of the links in the message.

The body of the email looks like this:


Hello,



The Ohio state university due to recent hacking attempts has decided to replace the entry behavior of all users.

As soon as this update is complete,instead of you to see the normal username and password space to login to your account, you will now see Access and access key which are the words we are replacing username and password with. This will apply to  carmen, Buckeyelink and other services.



Update to the new server now by following the link http://www.formstack.com/forms/?1397056-2oDQEHXFEa  and replace username and password with access and accesskey.
