[Latina-o_studies] Announcing the Coloring Contest for Día de los Muertos

The Department of Spanish and Portuguese, the Center for Ethnic Studies, and the OSU Athletic Department announce a coloring contest for Día de los Muertos.

This coloring contest, aimed at children and teens in grades preK-12, introduces the holiday of Día de los Muertos to those unfamiliar with it, and strives to strengthen the relationship between Ohio State and Latinx culture.

Prizes will include Ohio State swag, Amazon gift cards, and two sets of four tickets for the November 12th, 2022 football game (football tickets for the grades 9-12 category only). Two winners will be selected from each age category, with 10 winners total.

Children in grades preK-12 are invited to print the PDF (attached), color it in, and submit their entry at the Day of the Dead celebration on October 8th in Greenlawn Cemetery (see more on this event here<https://ethnicstudies.osu.edu/events/day-dead-columbus>), or deliver/send it to the Department of Spanish and Portuguese by October 6th.
