There is nothing like that in Japan. It would be taken down for copyright violations.
The best that is available are various sources for determining who wrote the script and where you can find it. The main online source is this:
It unfortunately is heavily weighted towards TV scripts, but does have about 1400 records on film scripts. Many tell you which library has a copy.
The best resource for scripts is still Tanigawa’s Shinario bunken, which indexes where all the printed scripts can be located.

Hello all. I have located the IMSDb database for screenplays written in English, and I’m wondering if there is something similar for Japanese films. If you have any ideas or information for locating online transcriptions of screenplays, I would appreciate hearing about it.
