[Intl_DxMedPhys] Important List Information

Good afternoon friends and colleagues,

Ohio State is (again) upgrading its Mailman mailing list system from version 2 to version 3 on Monday, November 23.

I am told they have validated the following:

* Your existing list email address will remain unchanged.
* External members will have a non-OSU login option.
* You will be able to access list archives and manage your subscription settings after logging in.
* Archive links will change, and archive content may take a few days to appear following the November 23 migration.
* There may be temporary delays in email delivery on November 23 while the migration is underway.

No action is required at this time; this message is simply an FYI. I will send a reminder the week before the migration.

Since the migration is scheduled for Thanksgiving week, we will certainly be grateful for the anticipated fixes and improved access to your accounts. An early Christmas miracle would be for everything to work as expected!
