[Intl_DxMedPhys] Konica Minolta EI Testing

Hi Jered,

This one was tough for me to finally figure out, but here at
the screenshots to get a feel for what's happening (If anyone needs
the document I can send offline).  It's a two step process.  1) Verify
S-value accuracy 2) make sure correct energy correction (80 kVp no filter
vs. RQA-5 is applied depending on the detector.
