[Intl_DxMedPhys] Digital mammo and EM interference

Hi all,

We have recently started having conversations with our mammo vendor about the possibility of artifacts due to EM interference. We weren’t aware of this as a potential issue previously, and I was a bit surprised to find that there was a paper in JACMP on this back in 2018:

Has anyone experienced issues with mammo system performance due to EM interference? The communications we have received from the vendor to date have been pretty vague in terms of what types of issues might arise and what the risks of such issues occurring actually are. I’d be happy to hear about any experiences in the community - offline replies welcome if that is easier.
