[Intl_DxMedPhys] Dx List Digest Mode Issue

Good afternoon colleagues,

My co-administrator discovered that there is an issue with the list "Digest Mode" and the issue is currently universal for that setting. We made the discission to set everyone to the normal mode until the issue gets resolved. Our apologies for any inconvenience that the issue has caused with not receiving emails and any issues that changing the setting causes to those of you who were receiving messages in the digest mode. We made a request to our IT to investigate and as soon as the issue is resolved we will let everyone know as well as provide instructions regarding how to reset your account to digest if you wish.
