[Intl_DxMedPhys] GE NM630 Artifact

Hi all,

Running into an issue with a ring and blob like artifact on the ACR phantom
on a GE NM 630 SPECT Camera. All the manufacturers QC passes, all the cals
have been run by the manufacturer and service cant seem to pin point the
issue. Curious if anyone has run into this artifact before and if they
could point me in the right direction. Should also note, this does not show
up in any patient images that we know of clinically at this time.
