Are you an early-career AAPM member ready to step onto a national stage?

AAPM's Science Council is offering up to two members the chance to join the Academy for Radiology & Biomedical Imaging Research's Council of Early Career Investigators in Imaging (CECI2)— a fully-sponsored opportunity to build your research career while engaging directly with NIH leadership and Capitol Hill.

What you'll gain:

  *   Months of virtual workshops with academic chairs, NIH Program Staff, and industry partners on grant writing, resubmissions, and career development
  *   AAPM-sponsored travel to the Academy's Medical Imaging Technology Showcase (MedTech)
  *   First-hand participation in Congressional advocacy events and NIH meetings in Washington, DC (Spring 2027)
  *   A powerful head start on NIH funding strategy and mock study section experience

Who should apply: Postdocs, residents, fellows, and junior faculty who meet NIH Early Stage Investigator criteria and are affiliated with an Academy member institution, society, or industry partner. Important: Read the application criteria for complete details.
