[Intl_DxMedPhys] Adult and Pediatric X-Ray Dose Optimization policies

Hi everyone,

We are currently reviewing our Adult and Pediatric X-Ray Dose Optimization
policies and were wondering what other healthcare facilities are using. If
anyone is willing to share their policy, or the references/guidelines used
to develop it, it would be greatly appreciated.
