[Intl_DxMedPhys] suggestion

I was thinking,

It might be a good idea to look into having AAPM strike up a deal with IEC so that we can get the IEC technical reports at free or discounted prices, like we do with the NCRP, ICRP, ICRU, etc as part of our AAPM membership.

I feel paying $500 for a single IEC report is just a bit hefty, even for a hospital.

Just a thought.
