[Intl_DxMedPhys] More Epic stories

Good morning,
I need more Epic stories from all y'all (and what the fix was, if you know it).
We are close to our "go live" date, and since IT has come through with installation/upgrades for the software, our computers are not working normally (weird, random issues, like taking 20 minutes to log into my account).  And as of yesterday, our printers can't send faxes or emails.
