Idris,
I recommend requesting a Return Authorization Number from the Calibration Lab (who you have presumably sent equipment to before). They issue these to track any incoming instruments so they don’t get lost and have a faster turn around time. That documentation should be sufficient to convince the couriers that this is not an import. You can also reach out to the Cal lab for guidance on how best to ship equipment from Canada.
