Good day colleagues,

I am Mercy Schandorf, a medical physicist at the University of Ghana Medical Center (IUGMC) in West Africa. 
A few colleagues and I are conducting a qualitative study on MRI field service engineering capacity in Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on training pathways, workforce gaps, and equipment downtime challenges affecting MRI sustainability.
