[Intl_DxMedPhys] Lead Device Recall

Hello All,

Some of my facilities have asked me about a voluntary recall published by a
major lead device manufacturer. The reason given for the recall is as
follows:

"We initiated this recall after receiving customer reports indicating that
certain radiation protection

garments manufactured and received during the specified time period
experienced varying levels of

attenuation degradation over time."

Does anyone have more information about this recall? My facilities want to
provide communication to the individual users about the level of shielding
that they actually received from these products but the company hasn't
provided any data to my knowledge.
