Hi Matt,
Unfortunately, Dr. Michael Stabin passed away back in June of 2025 — he was giant in the field of internal dosimetry. The RADAR site was his creation.
Using the internet archive site called the WayBackMachine (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://wayback-machine.com/__;!!KGKeukY!xrYhzJ5cjE3gnWTemJD02gC0Wvs6DSBx1udHQHpmJ6EL969J6nuw8hSy1DLEiZsnauxIVId8bRqzl5uVRt0rnldkfEw1mYNctD9aZ2XVrsAYImYPPYiG$ ), I was able to bring up an archived copy of the RADAR site from January 2025. Please see the link below. This may be a good place to begin your search.

Subject: [Intl_DxMedPhys] RADAR animal phantoms
I’m wondering if anyone has a copy of the file, “Critter organs. xls” that contains reference masses for the RADAR animal models. The site’s no longer accessible (as has been discussed) and the link stored with the web archive is dead. Matt Palmer
