[Intl_DxMedPhys] Liability Insurance Coverage

Happy New Year Everyone!

Our diagnostic consulting group recently encountered an insurance coverage issue with our general/professional liability coverage after damage to client equipment.  There is an exclusion in our policy that reads as follows: Damage To Property (4), this insurance does not apply to "property damage" to: Personal property in the care, custody or control of the "insured."

So unfortunately, they are not covering damage to a client's piece of equipment because it was in our control.

They say this is a standard exclusion.  Does anyone have a good carrier you trust that has a policy written as such that it would cover damage to client's equipment while testing?
