[Intl_DxMedPhys] GE SPECT Discovery NM 530c multi-pinhole collimator stationary cardiac Phantom

We are preparing for ACR NM Accreditation of a GE SPECT Discovery NM 530c multi-pinhole collimator stationary cardiac unit.

Could any body please advise on the appropriate SPECT phantom needed for ACR QC and Accreditation image submission uses?
I seem to remember chatter about difficulties using the standard Jay-Zak phantom
