[Intl_DxMedPhys] PET-MR Shielding

Good afternoon List,

I have encountered my first request for a shielding design for a PET-MR. We are normally hands-off with MR shielding so I really don't know a lot of the construction particulars. When it comes to recommending lead barriers around a PET-MR, are there any special considerations? The first thing that comes to mind are doors and windows, which are usually specially designed for MR shielding - does that construction preclude a layer of lead in the door or a lead equivalent material in the window?

Are there any resources on this topic?
