The ACR Dose Index Registry (DIR) DR Working Group will host a *webinar on
November 7, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM ET* introducing the new *Digital
Radiography (DR) Module*, now available at no additional cost to current
DIR or GRID participants.

The session will discuss how the DR Module:

   - Collects exam-level exposure information from Radiation Dose
   Structured Reports (RDSRs)
   - Derives view and body-part classifications including ACR Common IDs
   for standardized benchmarking,
   - Provides dashboards for DRL comparison and dose index based outlier
   detection, and
   - Offers quality-assurance and optimization tools that align with CRCPD
   Part F requirements.

Additional topics include device configuration and facility enrollment,
data completeness validation, and integration of DR dose metrics into local
QA workflows.
A *live Q&A* with the ACR DIR development team will follow.


Given the increased emphasis on data-driven dose management and
radiographic optimization, this webinar will be highly relevant for
physicists supporting diagnostic X-ray quality assurance programs. I highly
