[Intl_DxMedPhys] Nightmare X-ray Shielding Lawsuit from Utah

I get nauseous when I read a non-physicist journalist try to write about radiation. Ugh.

To me it looks like some sort of legal action is warranted, but I hope the defendant brings in enough expert witnesses to debunk the allegation of “headaches, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, malaise and drowsiness.” Even the allegation of leukemia being caused by the lack of shielding should be challenged. A lawsuit alleging negligence might be warranted, but if there is any compensation paid out to the employees for their alleged radiogenic illnesses, that just wouldn’t be right.
