[Intl_DxMedPhys] Diagnostic physics residency CMS reimbursement

Thanks, Bob. I should have clarified, I’m at the rare institution that apparently has slots available. We have a new therapy physics residency that opened about a year ago and is getting CMS reimbursement. I’m just wondering if anyone has encountered any issues I should be aware of relating to diagnostic physics specifically.

This issue has been discussed in years past. The bottom line was that institutions have a maximum number of residency slots for which CMS will reimburse them, and they are more than filled with MD residencies. No institution was open to asking

I don’t know if that is still the case.
