[Intl_DxMedPhys] Patients taking photos of their medical imaging images

I know that my OB's office doesn't let us take photos during ultrasound
appointments, just the printed photos. I haven't pushed back or asked why,
I think it was PHI driven though. It has been the same policy at both
hospital systems' OBs offices though.
