I recommend you take a look at the following document. This lays out a very good framework for a comprehensive call quality  management program. TG 367 should be out sometime next year and I encourage you to keep your eyes peeled to read the report as well as it will be quite comprehensive.

Curious to learn from colleagues who are involved in BMD and DXA scanners. What sort of a role do you play as a physicist and what tests if any do you directly perform (annually or at acceptance)? I can imagine checking scatter and leakage for an unshielded operator, and measuring patient air kerma for typical scans. Anything else? Any insights or resources you can recommend would be appreciated.
