[Intl_DxMedPhys] GE INVENIA ABUS Ultrasound unit

Hi Mike,

For the most reliable testing, you pretty much need that ATS convex 
phantom. Short of that, I was able to get reasonably decent images by 
filling the gap between the transducer and a flat phantom with plenty of 
gel.
