[Intl_DxMedPhys] Intelli-C dose reporting

Dear radiation dose management experts

We are trying to get correct dose data from a Intelli-C unit with Varex Nexus DRF software version 3.5.5.

The service company is trying to fix cumulative DFP , total number of frames and RP dose display (DICOM dose sheet) and in the RDSR file or to zero RP dose between patients. We would like to see each radiation event being reported  (see also DICOM 3.0 Conformance Statement for Varex Nexus DRF Systems").


We do not understand if this are general SW  issues of this type of unit or misunderstanding of the service team how to setup

If so, how did you solve the issues?
